To sign up, click the Sign Up button on our homepage, fill in your details, and choose the lead plan that suits your business needs. Once registered, you’ll gain access to our tools and resources.
2. Managing Your Account
How do I update my account information?
Log in to your account, go to Settings, and select Account Information. Here you can update personal details, billing information, and preferences.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click on Forgot Password? on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the reset email to create a new password.
3. Billing and Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure online payment methods. Contact support if you have specific payment questions.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime by visiting Subscription Settings in your account. Changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Where can I find my invoices?
Invoices are available under Billing in your account dashboard. Each invoice provides a detailed breakdown of your charges.

How do I request specific leads?
Visit Lead Marketplace in your account, select Request Custom Leads, and specify your criteria. Our team will work to deliver tailored leads to match your needs.
Can I export my leads?
Yes, leads can be exported in CSV format for easy integration with your CRM or contact management systems. Go to My Leads and select Export for options.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
How do I cancel my account?
